joining me today, as we continue our journey with our Yoga for flexibility series. So today we are gonna be focusing on flexibility and mobility for the shoulders and the neck.
This is an area that I know a lot of you struggle with. There's a lot of tension that we can often carry in our neck and shoulders. As
a massage therapist, this is probably the number one area of complaint that people have. So I'm excited to show you some of these simple stretches that you can do on your own to help alleviate some of that chronic tension in your neck and shoulders.
